REQTYP C requests for Local Number Portability . These forms are supported and maintained by the Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF) and cannot be altered.
This is a 22 State Process.
CLECs have the option to use the OBF manual forms or the existing 22-State AT&T manual forms for REQTYP C requests.
