CLECs must coordinate the transfer of 800 numbers, identified as features on local accounts, with the Regional Service Center. The Regional Service Center is an independent third party with separate obligations.
The CLEC should coordinate the due date of the LSR with the date of the 800 number transfer to ensure that the End User maintains the use of their 800 service.
