Outside Move (ACT 'T') and Conversion with Change (ACT 'V') LSR Requests

LSRs submitted for Outside Moves (ACT T) and Conversion with Change (ACT 'V') are considered new orders for service or a rearrangement of existing service, and as such, require CLECs to include all products and services to be used at the new address, or after the conversion.

Midwest

Outside move orders are when a customer changes locations.  These orders move the existing service from one location to another.  The 'to' part of the order is a "T" order and is handled just like a new order.  All rules applying to new orders apply to move orders.  The 'from' part of the order is a "F" order and is handled like a disconnect order.  If you receive a jeopardy on the "T" order and the "F" order has completed:

At the CLEC's request via the Customer Care team, CLEC requests the re-establishment of service at the F location.  If the order is not completed, then AT&T will FOC back to re-establish the service.  If the order is completed, the service is reconnected.

Southwest

For Outside Moves (ACT T) when the order "T" order has been jeopardized, the CLEC will contact the Customer Care group to request the re-establishment of the service at the "F" location if the "F" order has been completed.

West

For Outside Moves (ACT T) when the "T" order has been jeopardized, the CLEC will contact the Customer Care group to re-establish service on the "F" side of the request.  Sups will no longer be accepted as a means to reconnect an outward order that has already been completed.
