Migrations

  • Migrations of any product must be done on a like-for-like basis
  • A complex product cannot be converted to POTS on an ACT of ‘V’
  • Changing from a Complex product to POTS would require that the service be first “Migrated As Is” (ACT 'W'), and then a subsequent order submitted to request the change to POTS.
