CLEC Education - Workshops and OSS Classes
AT&T offers a variety of courses to educate CLEC employees on how to order resold services, unbundled network elements, interconnection and/or local number portability from our companies. These courses are classified as Workshops or Operations Support System (OSS) Classes . CLEC training is available to all CLECs that have a negotiated interconnection agreement with AT&T or that are certified to resell under the state-specific resale tariff. CLEC training on OSSs is available to all CLECs that have a negotiated interconnection agreement that includes appropriate OSS language. A list of courses offered, course descriptions, applicable charges as well as schedules that include dates the courses are offered are included in the Customer Education section of this website.
