M2A Agreement Versions
The Successor M2A Agreement Versions are no longer available for adoption via the Fast Track Short Form process. This "short form" process applied to the ICAs for so long as the ICA remained as originally approved by the Commission. To the extent it has been subsequently amended or has expired the ICA shall no longer be available pursuant to this "short form" process, but instead, will be subject to the standard adoption guidelines.
