		New Agreement Negotiation Process
		Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLEC), Wireless Carriers (CMRS), Cable TV Providers (CATV) and Broadband Internet Access Service Providers (BIAS) wishing to enter into a Structure Access Agreement with AT&T, in order to attach to AT&T’s structure, must complete and submit a Structure Access Negotiations Request Form (found in the Forms section below) to the Negotiations Requests Mailbox m41654@att.com. All other providers, wishing to enter into a Structure Access Agreement with AT&T, must complete and submit a Structure Access Negotiations Request Form (found in the Forms section below) to the AT&T National Joint Utility Team g13922@att.com .
		Assignment of Assets Process
		An Attaching Party who is a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC), Wireless Carrier (CMRS), Cable TV Provider (CATV) or Broadband Internet Access Service Provider (BIAS) who wishing to assign the License Agreement between it and AT&T, and/or the occupancy permit(s) issued by AT&T pursuant to the License Agreement, to another Carrier must complete and submit the Assignment Request Form (found in the Forms section below) to the Negotiations Request Mailbox m41654@att.com. All other providers, wishing to enter into a Structure Access Agreement with AT&T, must complete and submit a Structure Access Negotiations Request Form (found in the Forms section below) to the AT&T National Joint Utility Team g13922@att.com .
