Bona Fide Request Process-Ordinarily Combined Unbundled Network Elements (BFR-OC)

Illinois, Michigan and Wisconsin have a tariffed process for requesting Unbundled Network Elements which are ordinarily combined (BFR-OC Process). This process includes somewhat shorter intervals than the standard BFR process. The Illinois, Michigan and Wisconsin tariffs (respectively) include a full definition of Ordinarily Combined Network Elements and a full description of the process.
