Account & Billing Management

 

Add, update, or remove authorized contacts for my company

Only those individuals listed in AT&T’s system as an authorized contact for your company will be allowed to act on your company’s behalf associated with your Structure Access Agreement. To add, remove, or update an authorized contact for your company, please follow the process listed below:

NOTE: It is very important that your contacts are up to date to ensure that you are receiving notices sent out from AT&T concerning AT&T structure access.

  1. Complete the Letter of Authorization for Applications, Record Reviews, Billing, & Notices (LOA) for all contacts to be added, removed, or edited.
  2. Submit the completed form to the appropriate contact listed in the Points of Contact for Structure Access.

Access and view my Structure Access billing invoice

    • For questions or disputes associated with your annual/semi-annual lease billing from IBIS or LSB:
  • Project Construction Billing Invoice
    • To pay your project construction bill online, navigate to https://www.att.com/acctsvcs/fastpay
    • For questions concerning your project construction billing, please reach out to the AT&T Collections team at 1-888-827-3237.
    • Disputes associated with your project construction bill should be directed to the AT&T Project Manager associated with your request.

Negotiate a new Structure Access Agreement 

IMPORTANT: The email addresses below are unable to handle requests for Will Serve letters, requests for Letters of Authorization, requests for AT&T facility records, etc. They are only able to handle negotiations of agreements. All other issues should be forwarded to the local engineering team or your account contact within AT&T.

If you would like to enter into a Structure Access Agreement with AT&T in order to attach to AT&T’s structures, please follow the appropriate process below based on the type of provider you are:

  1. Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC), Wireless Carrier (CMRS), Cable TV Provider (CATV), and Broadband Internet Access Service Provider (BIAS) will follow the process listed below:
    1. Complete the Structure Access Negotiations Request Form.
    2. Submit the completed form along with any required documentation to the Negotiations Request Team at m41654@att.com.
  2. If you are not one of the providers listed above in item 1, follow the process listed below:
    1. Complete the Structure Access Negotiations Request Form.
    2. Submit the completed form along with any required documentation to the AT&T National Joint Utility Team at g13922@att.com.

Amend my existing Structure Access Agreement

If you have an existing Structure Access Agreement with AT&T in order to attach to AT&T’s structures and want to amend that agreement, please follow the appropriate process below based on the type of provider you are:

  1. Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC), Wireless Carrier (CMRS), Cable TV Provider (CATV), and Broadband Internet Access Service Provider (BIAS) will follow the process listed below:
    1. Complete the Structure Access Negotiations Request Form.
    2. Submit the completed form along with any required documentation to the Negotiations Request Team at m41654@att.com and indicate in the body of the email that you want to amend your existing agreement.
  2. If you are not one of the providers listed above in item 1, follow the process listed below:
    1. Complete the Structure Access Negotiations Request Form.
    2. Submit the completed form along with any required documentation to the AT&T National Joint Utility Team at g13922@att.com and indicate in the body of the email that you want to amend your existing agreement.

Assign my Structure Access Agreement and/or assets to another company 

IMPORTANT: The email addresses below are unable to handle requests for Will Serve letters, requests for Letters of Authorization, requests for AT&T facility records, etc. They are only able to handle negotiations of agreements. All other issues should be forwarded to the local engineering team or your account contact within AT&T.

If you are an existing attacher on AT&T structure and would like to assign the existing Structure Access Agreement with AT&T and/or the occupancy permit(s) issued by AT&T pursuant to the existing Structure Access Agreement to another company, please follow the appropriate process below based on the type of provider you are:

  1. Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC), Wireless Carrier (CMRS), Cable TV Provider (CATV), and Broadband Internet Access Service Provider (BIAS) will follow the process listed below:
    1. Complete the Assignment Request Form.
    2. Submit the completed form along with any required documentation to the Negotiations Request Team at m41654@att.com.
  2. If you are not one of the providers listed above in item 1, follow the process listed below:
    1. Complete the Assignment Request Form.
    2. Submit the completed form along with any required documentation to the AT&T National Joint Utility Team at g13922@att.com.

Change my company's name on my existing agreement and/or within AT&T's systems

If you have an existing Structure Access Agreement with AT&T in order to attach to AT&T’s structures and want to amend that agreement change the name of company listed in the agreement and AT&T’s systems, please follow the appropriate process below based on the type of provider you are:

  1. Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC), Wireless Carrier (CMRS), Cable TV Provider (CATV), and Broadband Internet Access Service Provider (BIAS) will follow the process listed below:
    1. Complete the Structure Access Negotiations Request Form.
    2. Submit the completed form along with any required documentation to the Negotiations Request Team at m41654@att.com and indicate in the body of the email that you want to amend your existing agreement.
