Depending on the type of testing, you will work with various groups within AT&T as you progress through the testing and implementation process. Each group is specialized to perform certain support functions. Contact information and escalation procedures can be found for the following groups:

Responsibilities
The Wholesale Support Specialist serves as the initial point of contact for CLECs/WSPs wishing to establish a new, or modify an existing, electronic implementation with AT&T. In addition to providing assistance to CLECs/WSPs during their initial Electronic Interface (EI) planning, the Wholesale Support Specialist also provides support for the many activities associated with connectivity management.
Test Phases
The Wholesale Support Specialist is primarily responsible for pre-testing and connectivity setup activities, however it is actively engaged throughout the testing process.

Responsibilities
The Test Team works with CLECs, WSPs, and Vendors to negotiate test dates and test plans, while coordinating activities with and engaging other internal teams as needed. After a CLEC/WSp/Vendor has established connectivity with AT&T, the test desk serves as the primary point of contact for testing related issue resolution.
Test Phases
The Test Team will be engaged in managing all phases of testing, and is primarily responsible for the Validity (LSR XML & LEX) and Production Verification Testing (LSR XML & LEX) phases.

Software Vendor Process (SVP) Team
Responsibilities
The SVP Team is the initial point of contact for vendors that develop products/services that work with AT&T's Electronic Interfaces for Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLECs) and Wireless Service Providers (WSP). Vendors are assigned an SVP Project Manager (PM) to facilitate activities prior, during, and post electronic interface implementations. Activities include:
- SVP Contract negotiations
- Vendor/CLEC Letter of Agency
- Relationship Management
- Certification
- Press Release review/approval
- Migration planning
- User Requirement/BBRLO issue resolution
- General test/production issue resolution as needed

The SVP Team is primarily responsible for pre-testing and connectivity setup activities, however they are actively engaged throughout the testing process.
