Commercial Inside Wire Maintenance Plan
Overview:
AT&T Wholesale is offering Commercial Inside Wire Maintenance Plan (CIWMP) to its Local Wholesale CompleteTM (LWC™) Local Service Provider (LWCTM LSP) customers for their local end users. This plan is designed to improve the level of customer service that LWC™ LSPs deliver to their end-users by utilizing AT&T network technicians to repair local service that is provisioned through LWCTM up to the point of customer premise equipment (CPE). This offering will extend the repair service that is available today with LWC™ from the Network Interface Device (NID) outside the customer premise into the premise in order to eliminate the need for multiple technician dispatches and the costs LWC™ LSP incur as a result. The end-user service can be repaired with one dispatch, which affords the LWCTM LSP end users one-stop repair from AT&T Wholesale.
Signing up for the Inside Wire Maintenance Plan:
The Commercial Inside Wire Maintenance Plan is available to AT&T Wholesale LWCTM LSP customers only. This plan is available on an “all-in” basis (i.e. CIWMP must be purchased for “all” LWCTM LSP lines). The plan is designed to improve the customer service offered by the LWCTM LSP to end-users, which may provide additional retentive value. To obtain this plan, the LWCTM LSP must execute an amendment to its LWCTM Agreement.

Exclusions:
- This offer is not available for Coin Providers.
- This offer is not available for any non LWC™ POTS lines including, but not limited to, LWC™-eligible access lines that a LWC™ CLEC has certified as UNE-P-like services pursuant to existing state laws or orders (e.g. Illinois 13-801 UNEs).
